Required: 
  • Minimum 4,000 hours of supervised experience in the delivery of services to children with mental illness 
  • ORBachelor’s degree  (or ENROLLED in a Bachelor's program) in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university 
  • OR Graduate student in one of the behavioral science or related fields and is formally assigned by an accredited college or university to an agency or facility for clinical training; OR Master’s or another graduate degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university. 

Preferred but not expected: 
  • ABA experience 
  • Minimum one year of experience working with children 
 
Job Type: Full-time      

Hourly: $20.00 per hour or Salary DOE

  • Staff will provide 1:1 services to a team of 5 learners 
 
Staff can expect a consistent schedule every week
Monday through Friday: 7:45 am-3:45 pm
No after-hours or weekend work
 
Summary/Objective 
  • Work 1:1 with children ages 2-7 diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder at an ABA clinic, providing individualized early intervention therapy services
  • Provide Family Skills and/or Family Psychotherapy 
  • Prepare and maintain high quality client records in accordance with DHS and MN statute, counties, commercial and insurance, and referring agency standards and procedures
  • Conduct groups skills training pertaining to art, music, and social interactions 
  • Team building and training on an on-going basis
